This will be a drive-up-drop-off event. To ensure everyone's safety, guns must be delivered unloaded in a clear plastic bag in the trunk of your car. Ammunition must be delivered in a separate bag. The drop-off person will not be charged with illegal possession of that specific firearm. All guns accepted, but CASH will only be given for working guns.
Help us prevent guns from falling into the wrong hands - such as children, people contemplating suicide, people with dementia, perpetrators of domestic violence, or criminals.

Blacksmithing 101
The mobile forge at CT VIP on Ashmun Street.
Starting April 5, 2025, the S2PSNE and CT Violence Intervention Program (CT VIP) will be blacksmithing on-site with interns from New Haven and adjoining towns. This exciting partnership aims to provide a safe, educational, and transformative experience for at-risk teens.
